KIT MAC 1 FAILSAFE

MAC1 and MAC1 FAILSAFE systems control access from the pull side of the door. With lock closed by key, opening possible only with electric consent (button, switch, badge reader, etc.) which enables the handle, while from the push side of the door the opening is always possible through panic bar or handle for emergency exits. The enabled handle is indicated by a green LED, while a red LED indicates the handle is disabled. LEDs OFF indicate power failure.MAC1 and MAC1 FAILSAFE to be combined with (to be ordered separately) : panic bars BM (Exus, Twist, Slash), handle for emergency exit (M3, M3X)

In combinaton with doors with factory mounted panic bar or M3 handle (valid for EXUS, TWIST, SLASH and M3).
Included : lock with built-in magnet, electric control unit with timer, cable with 4 wires (to pass through panic bar or cable duct of
handle M3) cable sleeve, handle BM or M3 (black plastic or stainless steel) with red/green LEDs
Excluded : cable duct (only for M3)

Access granted: by electric impuls which cuts the power to the electro-magnet enabling the handle
In case of power failure: LED off, door openable from both sides, pull side by handle and from the push side by panic bar or
emergency handle
