UNIVER fire door, single leaf, EI 30 minutes fire rating according to the standard EN 1634-1, leaf thickness 60 mm, made of completely galvanized sheet steel. Assembled 4-piece corner frame with trim on 4 sides and with anchors for mortar fixing. Lock for fire-rated doors, CE marked according to EN 12209 with cylinder hole and insert with patent key included. Black safety handle with steel core, height of axis from the ground:
– for doors with FMH / WOH = 2050 mm = 1075 mm
– for doors with FMH / WOH = 2150 mm = 1125 mm
– for doors with FMH / WOH on measure = FMH / 2 + 50 mm

Two hinges: 1 ball-bearing hinge with screws for vertical adjustment, 1 hinge with self-closing spring. Safety bolts on hinge side leaf edge. Internal stiffeners for panic bar and overhead door closer. Self expanding gaskets. Standard surface treatment with epoxy-polyester powders, anti-scratch orange-skin surface. Standard color RAL 9010. On request painting in RAL colors or decorative with NDD.
